I’ve learned not to underestimate the power of the simple act of breathing. My yoga teachers, wise and gentle and strong, have taught me many ways to use the miracle of my own breath.

“Breathwork” is about living well and staying present in this wild, wonderful, crazy world, one breath at a time.
